Afro Health Connect Warehouse will aim to process orders as quickly as possible and anticipate that most orders will be dispatched by the following day that they are received, provided that products are in stock, it is a business day, and that the order is received prior to 2pm (EAT).

Please allow normal postage times for delivery depending on whether you have selected standard or express shipping. Delivery times may be longer than normal during popular promotional periods, seasonal events or due to public holidays. Orders will be packaged in plain boxes or satchels and unmarked for privacy and security.

Some orders can only be delivered by a healthcare provider, so express shipping may not be applicable for all orders. Please allow for standard delivery times for orders containing products such as aerosols, anti-cancer drugs and selected drugs that require cold chain systems.

We offer free shipping on subsidized prescriptions.

 

If your order contains prescription items over 100,000 Ugx free shipping will be applied at the checkout for standard shipping. 200,000 Ugx for express shipping. We will endeavor to dispense and dispatch prescription orders on the same day the actual prescription is received Monday to Sunday. Please allow sufficient time for delivery so you do not run out, refer to postage and handling times below. If sending a prescription to us also allow appropriate time for the prescription to reach us and for the order to be sent back.

Delivery to PO Boxes is currently not available. All parcels will require a signature upon delivery.

Standard Shipping: Please allow 2-8 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Uganda).
